With locations in Hong Kong, Tokyo, London, Seoul, Beijing, you can get your bag officially repaired for a fee. If your bag is still under warranty, you won’t have to pay a single cent.

What items can be repaired?
All bags (vintage and new) can be repaired. Bags purchased recently from the boutique now come with a 5 year warranty period. Repairs made in this period are included in the warranty period at no extra cost.

- Service location: France (minor repairs like loose stitches and loose screws may be performed locally)
