A lot of people think that box leather is very delicate. I disagree because I think that box leather is one of the most durable leathers and let me show you why.
Box leather is a self-healing leather so actually any type of surface level scratching can be gently buffed out with a cotton soft glove or you can use a cotton piece of cloth.
All you have to do is rub it in gentle circular motions on the spot or the area that you want to gently buff out.
Why does this work?
It has to do with the finishing on the box leather which has been quite heavily finished with polish so actually a lot of the times with the heat of your hand you can end up polishing out to heal the leather scratches.
That is why I say box leather is one of the most durable and interesting leathers to use.
