Who is this appointment for?

We know you’ve been trying hard to snag one of our beautiful bags so these appointments are for customers with a SERIOUS intention to purchase a particular style and with REALISTIC and ADEQUATE funds to do so. 

You should fill out the following question form with the specific combo that you are after and we will try our best to assist you. If we are unable to fulfil your request, we may cancel your appointment or contact you separately to discuss other viable options. 

If you are unsure of what style you like, or if you are still saving up and just want to see some eye candy, this appointment option is not for you - we welcome you to join one of our Live Pop-Up tours of the store which we will host throughout the weekend!

What to expect

During this 60 minute slot, we will shortlist a few bags that we think may interest you based on the information provided at booking. You do not have to purchase any bags but once again, please be considerate of our time.

To ensure a positive experience for everyone physically visiting our store, our team member WILL NOT be able to provide you with a personalized tour of the store or of G-daughter's display. 

Things to Note

It will not be possible to hold any of the bags you view in your appointment as bags will be concurrently displayed in our store. If we do not receive evidence of your payment (screenshot sent to our instagram messages) within 30 minutes of your appointment ending we will be putting the bag back on display! 

If there are limitations set by your bank with making the transfer, you will be asked to purchase a non-refundable bag deposit on your credit card which will give you 12 hours to make the bank transfer! This deposit will be refunded to you and show up in your next credit card cycle once we receive your payment evidence. 

Bag Condition Limitations

Technological limitations may not allow for us to show you clear and detailed imagery of the items, nor may it allow for accurate color reflection. Please take note of this limitation prior to making a purchase. 

We are happy to provide follow up photos/videos of the bag but note that while you are further considering, this bag will be put back on display. Please do not use this method to “reserve” or “hold” a bag.

Cancellations

If you cannot make your appointment, please cancel it as soon as possible. We don’t ask you to pay a deposit to reserve your spot but out of consideration to others please do not reserve a spot for the sake of it. 

Payment

We only accept bank transfers in the following currencies: HKD/SGD/USD/GBP/NZD/AUD/CAD

Store Pick-up

If you are based in Hong Kong, you are more than welcome to pick it up from our Pop-up store directly (with no appointment required!)
