Believe it or not, I've never actually been into branded luxury items, but the Diana was the first designer bag I was attracted to, and this, this is our love story. If you don't know the bag, let me describe her to you. She's uniquely curved, a soft yet structured silhouette, as I like to say, because behind that soft curved flap is an angular strong structure.

She's from the house of Chanel and if you see her on the street, I bet you won't know quite why, but you feel like she's just not one of those trending runway bags. Now I'm not gonna lie, my attachment to this bag goes even deeper. I was also deeply drawn to the namesake, the princess herself.
Perhaps I felt that by carrying the same style, I could hold a piece of that same energy. As I see it, we have become a very trend-focused society. While what was once used as a medium of unique expression has now become a way for global conformity to arise.
But the Diana? The Diana isn't that kind of bag, and it has always represented to me a symbol of personal style that doesn't try to be everywhere. And that, that is my love letter I've written not only to the Diana bag, but also to all of you.
