This is the same size as a medium classic flap but with two sides! You can choose to use only one size or both sizes depending on your preference - both are functional. 

Depending on your arm/shoulder size, this can be worn on the shoulder. However, if you plan on wearing it with your jacket/coats then this is better worn on the elbow.
